Our professional team of coaches will guide your team throughout the day. The team coaching programme includes land based training with an experienced sports scientist to build confidence before heading out onto the water. Once you have mastered the art of the rowing, you can enjoy reflecting on what you have learnt together. Experienced team coaches are available to optimise your team experience. Rowing is as simple or complex as you would like it to be and anyone can learn. You don’t have to have any previous experience. If you can swim (we’ve never had anyone in the river) and do a basic squat, then you can learn to row.
